Trusted lists are important components that help to build trust among e-market participants. The lists allow the users to determine the current and previous status of the trust service providers and their qualified services.
The trusted lists of Member States must at least include information pointed to in articles 1 and 2 of the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/1505. Member States may add to the trusted list information on non-qualified trust service providers and their non-qualified trust services. In such a case, it must be clearly indicated that these have not been qualified according to Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014. Member States may add information to the trusted list on other types of nationally determined trust services than those determined based on article 3 (16) of the Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014. In such a case, it must be clearly indicated that these have not been qualified according to Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014.
